Xavier School of Management (XLRI) has released a notification inviting interested, eligible candidates for PGCBM (Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management) and PGCHRM (Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management) for the commencing academic session 2017-18.
The one-year part time programmes are focussed at training experienced professionals with managerial skills and upgraded business awareness.
Any application with incomplete information (eg: without photograph, SOP, educational details and details related to your work experience etc.) will not be entertained for our further processing. Hence your application will stand cancelled.
Applicants need to have a minimum of two years' work experience (as on October '16) after completion of graduation (in 10+2+3 format) or equivalent.
Every candidate need to have their own LAPTOP and 3G net-connect dongle throughout the entire programme for writing tests, assignment, corresponding with faculty,TA etc. Students will not be able to attend sessions on their laptops as the regular sessions would be held at the allotted study centers.
Candidates are expected to submit only Online Application Forms to get admission into the Postgraduate Certificate course of the VIL programme offered by XLRI Jamshedpur. Hard copy submissions of the application forms are not required. It's only at the time of the interview that the candidates would be expected to carry a hard copy of the application form to their respective interview centres, for submissions.
Registration - To apply for the course PGC BM/HRM, candidates are requested to register by clicking on Apply For Registration.
Post registering successfully, candidates are expected to make an online payment of Rs 2000/- (inclusive of ST), which is non-refundable.
On paying the application fees, the candidates are then expected to fill in the online SOP with the help of their XSAT ID and password, which they will receive through an e-mail.

Your credentials will be verified at the time of your interview / admission and hence will not be required at the time of your application for the Programme.
